Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice cooked and cooled
- 150g sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1 ripe DOLE BE Exotic!® avocado, sliced
- ½ DOLE® GO Organic! cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ DOLE® GO Organic! red onion, finely sliced
- Chopped mango for sweetness
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- For Spicy Sauce:
- 1 tbsp mayo (or vegan mayo)
- 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Mix tuna with your spicy sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- In serving bowls, layer your cooked rice, cucumber, onion, and avocado.
- Top with your spicy tuna mix and chopped mango.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
