Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 150g sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 ripe DOLE BE Exotic!® avocado, sliced
  • ½ DOLE® GO Organic! cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ DOLE® GO Organic! red onion, finely sliced
  • Chopped mango for sweetness
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • For Spicy Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp mayo (or vegan mayo)
  • 1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Mix tuna with your spicy sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  2. In serving bowls, layer your cooked rice, cucumber, onion, and avocado.

  3. Top with your spicy tuna mix and chopped mango. 

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
